We believe in absolute privacy. Our mobile applications do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, device information, or usage analytics. All app operations happen entirely on your device, and no data is sent back to our servers or any third-party services.

The only personal information we ever receive is data you choose to send us directly (such as your name and email address) when you contact us for technical support or inquiries via email. We use this information solely to respond to your request and never sell or share it with third parties.

3. Permissions Used by Our Apps

Our applications may request certain device permissions (like storage or camera access) strictly to perform local, on-device features. Any data accessed by these permissions remains on your physical device and is never collected or transmitted by Pixel9 Studios.

4. Children’s Privacy

Because our apps do not collect any personal information, they are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect or solicit data from anyone under the age of 13.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the Pixel Booster mobile application (the "App").

 

 1. Information We Collect

- Local Device Diagnostics: The App displays on-device hardware telemetry including memory load (RAM), battery percentage/temperature, device model, and DNS network ping. All diagnostic data is processed in real-time on-device and is never transmitted to any external server or saved externally.

- Personal Information: We do not collect or request personally identifiable information (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials). No account sign-in is required to use the App.

 

 2. Third-Party SDKs and Data Processing

The App integrates trusted Google services:

- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Serves advertisements within the application. AdMob may process device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID), coarse IP location, and ad performance metrics to provide relevant ads.

- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): Manages user privacy and consent choices for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland. Consent can be modified or revoked at any time within the app's settings menu.

- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Collects anonymized telemetry regarding app crashes and feature usage to ensure stability and performance.

3. Permissions Used

- `SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW`: Enables displaying the customizable Crosshair HUD overlay and floating diagnostic meter. The overlay does not read user screen data or show ads outside the app.

- `ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY`: Allows the app to toggle Do Not Disturb (DND) mode for uninterrupted gaming sessions when manually enabled by the user.

- `INTERNET` & `ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE`: Used for DNS latency benchmarks, ad serving, and crash reporting.

- `VIBRATE`: Provides subtle haptic feedback for UI interactions.

 

4. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
